Rob prepares pork steaks from thick-sliced pork shoulder. He seasons them with Uncle Steve’s lucky Shake all-purpose seasoning, grills them over charcoal and cherry wood, wraps them with butter and barbecue sauce, and finishes with a sear. The result is delicious pork steaks with a mouthwatering aroma.
