These are some of the best burgers you’ll ever try! I’m calling them Hawaiian Hog Burgers because they have plenty of beef, pork and a Hawaiian flair!

Ingredients for 6 burgers
– 36 oz. 80/20 ground beef
– 1 lb pulled pork
– Cooper sharp white american cheese slices
– 1 pack of bacon
– Sweet Hawaiian hamburger buns
– Can of pineapple slices
– BBQ sauce

Instructions:
– Cook up all of the bacon on the griddle, push off to the cool side of the griddle.
– Make up 6 balls of ground beef – 6 oz. each
– Place them on the griddle and flatten them out
– Warm up the pulled pork on another area of the griddle
– Mix some cheese into the pulled pork
– Place cheese on top of the burger patties
– Push the finished burger patties and pulled pork to the cool side of the griddle.
– Place the pineapple slices on the griddle until seared
– Toast up the buns
– Build them and top with BBQ sauce!
