My brother-in-law (Hi Pete!) got me a butter wheel for my Blackstone griddle this past Christmas and I finally used it today – it’s amazing!

You want to put at least 2 sticks of butter in it – 1 stick will melt down and not touch the wheel. When you’re finished, just put it in the fridge covered with aluminum foil or something so it’s ready for next time!
