Today we made some wagyu beef hot dogs from Rastelli’s on the Char-Griller Gravity 980 and they turned out awesome!
Ingredients:
– Favorite pack of hot dogs
– Cheddar cheese
– Baked beans
– Chili
– Mustard / Ketchup
Directions:
– Heat up grill to 300F
– Cook hot dogs for 8-10 minutes to heat up the insides
– Raise heat to 375-400F and finish off the cook
– Cover dogs with toppings – if using cheese toss back in grill (bun and all) for 3-4 minutes to melt the cheese
– Remove from heat and enjoy!
